They did not ask me to write this review. I have worked with a couple of other chimney companies that come in with a shop vac and end up making a big sooty mess of your house and/or try to upsell you or tell you that you need a full replacement or your house will burn down. They deep cleaned the chimney which I don't think has ever been done in my 50 year old home. They fixed the lever on the damper. They replaced the fireplace screen.
